What fun ways can I pay for my order?
We accept payment through credit/debit card and Net Banking. Currently COD option is available for total order value of Rs.499 and above within India only. For customers outside India, we accept payments through Paypal & Razorpay payment gateways.
Shipping FAQs
What are the logistics fees at Desi Toys?
In India, shipping is free for all orders of Rs.499 and above. For order value lesser than Rs.499, there will be a shipping fee of Rs.75 only. Shipping charges for International orders would be based on the weight of the products ordered.
What is the delivery timeframe for orders?
Once order is placed, the order is dispatched within the next 1 to 2 working days. Depending on the distance, it takes approximately 3-7 working days for deliveries in India. For deliveries outside India, it will take 7-15 working days. Tracking details will be shared once the orders are dispatched
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. However, we are working on expanding our shipping services to international locations in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!
Returns FAQs
How do you handle returns at Desi Toys?
Please send us a mail at contactus@desitoys.in giving reasons for returning the product within 48 hours of accepting the delivery.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive the returned item, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process your refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
